A "pretend" wedding cake.
I made this one for a ward young women's activity.
They were having a "wedding reception".

This was the cake I made for my final Wilton class.

Josh & I were so sick of cake we couldn't even think of eating it.
I looked through the ward directory for someone celebrating a
birthday soon after my class ended. I found someone, called her
husband, & got the scoop on some of her favorites.
I was just glad I didn't have to bring it home!

Birthday "Watermelon" for my husband's boss.
He's a health nut & always brings fruit for birthday treats.
We decided to turn the tables & bring "fruit" for him too.
White cake colored red with mini chocolate chip "seeds".

Next time might be red velvet cake...
