Blogger to Facebook

Testing, testing, 123. Hello friends. I'm trying to link my blog to Facebook. I think I've got it now. Here's a test to find out! Thanks for your patience as I post & repost as I figure things out. =o)

Give up?

So, what do you think? I had someone guess fireworks & a few others who really had no idea.

Well, here's the reveal:

It's a soccer ball! I used the toothpicks as a guide to get the shape right.

Up close & personal.
What's a soccer ball without grass? =o)

There you have it! I found the template here.

Happy Birthday Sidney!

Friday was my oldest niece's 7th birthday. I offered to make her birthday cake & asked what she wanted. She decided pretty quickly. Here are pictures of "phase 1". I'll let you wonder for a bit & maybe make some guesses as to what you think it is. =o) Happy guessing!

Long time, no post!

So friends, it's been waaaaaaay too long. I've decided it's time for an update. I hope over the next few days, or so, to share the cakes & goodies I've made the past several months. There may be some holidays & activities to share too. Enjoy!

Mickey Mouse

My neighbor asked for a Mickey Mouse cake for her son's 2nd birthday. Here's what I came up with. Mickey is a 6" round with cupcake ears. I had batter & frosting left over so I made some cupcakes to go with it.
